Live Drums will accompany and keep us in a fun, rythmic, high intensity environment!

After the high-energy portion of class, we’ll transition into Holy Yoga®, allowing the body and heart to slow down through intentional movement, stretching, breathwork, prayer, and Scripture-centered meditation.

Ally’s sacred sculpt and fire flow Pilates are incredible! She brings such a calming presence and makes everyone feel so welcome. Since starting this class a month ago, I have seen a huge improvement in my lower back pain and sciatica. I feel more at peace with my mind and body. Highly recommend if you sit in an office chair all day like me :)

Such a great class!! I was so happy that a few of the sequences changes today to push myself in new ways! The only suggestion I have is to have a consistent daily schedule to attract more clients! If this class was everyday at the same time, I would definitely be getting a membership!

This was my 2nd class at Lampstand Yoga, both classes taken with Ally for Pilates. Each experience here have been absolutely amazing, from beginning to end Ally pours her heart into her classes and it shows in the way she leads! My experience with lampstand has been amazing, beautiful space, comfortable even in the heat, and parking was convenient, 10/10 for me. After class Ally even made wellness juices for students and it made for a great way to end the class. Will be returning

Wow, wow, wow. Lampstand Yoga is truly one of a kind. Tina has created such a welcoming community, and every instructor makes you feel supported from the moment you walk in. I have to give special recognition to Erin Gregg because she’s the reason I found Lampstand in the first place. I had been taking her classes at another studio, and when I learned she moved here, I followed her without hesitation. Erin doesn’t just teach yoga, she creates an experience. She explains the purpose behind every movement, and I always leave her classes feeling stronger and more confident than when I walked in. One experience that has always stuck with me was when I was the only person who showed up for class. Most instructors probably would’ve canceled, but Erin didn’t hesitate for a second. She taught the entire class with the same enthusiasm and care, which made the experience even more personal and showed how much she genuinely cares about every student. She is also the only instructor who personally walks to every student at the end of class and gently places a cool towel infused with essential oils on your forehead. It’s such a small but thoughtful gesture, and it perfectly reflects the care she puts into every class. If you’re looking for a yoga studio with an amazing community and instructors who truly care, I can’t recommend Lampstand Yoga enough, especially Erin. She is truly one of a kind.

I started Pilates Inner Fire Flow with Ally about a month ago, and this practice has changed so much more than just the way my body looks. More importantly, it has completely transformed the relationship I have with myself mentally, physically, and spiritually. Ally has such a special way of speaking life into her students and encouraging you to truly show up for yourself and make SMALL but INFLUENTIAL changes in your life. I leave every class feeling stronger, more grounded, and so much better than when I walked in. There is something incredibly powerful about choosing to show up for yourself, and Ally creates a space that makes you want to keep doing exactly that. She genuinely notices her students, supports them, and shows up for them in a way I haven’t experienced at other studios. You can truly feel how much she cares about helping her students become the strongest version of themselves. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone looking to challenge themselves, grow, and reconnect with their mind and body. You will always leave feeling stronger, more empowered, and inspired to keep showing up for yourself.
